I Just bought a belkin usb cord. It charges my V3m on my computer, but it will not transfer files between my pc and phone. I had a bluetooth usb transmitter and that didn't work either. Is ther eanother USB cord I could use? I called sprint and they don't sell them. Do any of you have this phone? The sprint ringers have poor quality. I don't know what else to do.
