I need to know a few tricks and techniques to lasting long sprint sessions. What we usually do is divide in 4 groups, and run 20, 20 yard sprints, 20, 40 yard sprints, and 10, 60 yard sprints. I am a lean athlete and in good shape, but this kind of running takes its toll. Can someone give me some ideas for how to keep my mouth moist, breathing pattern, endurance techniques, and just things like that. Thanks for all the help! :)
