I went to my cell phone company today to try & purchase a Samsung Delve touch screen phone. US Cellular is saying that the phone will not work without a data plan. Does anyone know if this is correct? Makes no sense to me. Why could you not just use the phone for text messaging & calling. Has anyone else had this issue?
