I am trying to get my Grandfather a cellphone and he wants to get a prepaid one and I have some questions:
1. Is it cheaper to do a prepaid phone than a regular plan?
2. Do your minutes expire? Like if he bought so many minutes would they expire after 30 days?
3. What is the best cellphone company to go with? I have my phone with Verizon and I love them.
